• Education on the overarching history of Equity Jurisprudence, its application in our modern society, and how to specifically exercise Equity in your life, bring matters into Honor, and properly embody the substance of your administrative powers.

   

• Downloadable Word Study and Key Points resource documents to support the essential comprehension of Equity Principles, to grow and gain “Equity Eyes” by learning to see Equity hidden in plain sight within the Law. 

   

• Monthly live Q&A session until completion of the course or of course duration expiration whichever comes first to inquire and ensure learning comprehension of the current Milestone and the principles and practices covered. Recorded and posted in the private learning platform. 

   

• Private access to an exclusive Element Class channel for learning community engagement, general postings of Equity related material, and quick hit questions to compliment your ongoing learning experience in Equity Passage. 

   

• Access to an in depth digital collection of valuable, rare, and substantive learning references, including the 6th Edition of Black’s Law Dictionary, the 4th Edition of Burton’s Legal Thesaurus, and  numerous other articles, books, and legal documents substantiating your study and learning foundation in Equity Jurisprudence.

• Equipping students with language and process to stand lawfully, operate honorably and administer in confidence through the structures, process, and application of Equity in applicable legal matters.

Ongoing access to the course materials is available for members maintaining an Active Membership,  as long as you are an Active Member, continued access to your Equity Passage Pathway is available to you.

• Equity Passage Pathway is for informational purposes and does not include: guidance in navigating specific court cases, in depth oversight of your mailings, or step by step oversight and tutoring of specific cases of applying Equity to your personal debt discharge. The passage follows a specific curriculum, and covers comprehensive and broad teachings of the fundamentals for you to apply the principles and practices in your own time and course of action after establishing confidence in your self directed learning. 

   

• The Equity Passage is designed to guide you in learning the mission critical ethics, fundamentals, and best practices to manage your personal private practice of Equity Jurisprudence according to your own self-determination and personal responsibility. 

   

• Gaining tutelage, guidance, or support in any Equity Matters outside of what is covered in the core curriculum of the Equity Passage Pathway would constitute a special session. Please inquire if this is your intention.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE 9 MODULES IN THE EQUITY PASSAGE PATHWAY:

Below is a brief overview of the 9 Learning Modules within the Equity Passage educational pathway. In Onboarding you will receive more detailed descriptions of all that's included in your Equity Passage experience.

Module 0. Onboarding and Orientation: Essential orientation to the course, learning resources and online portal, and how to prepare for an optimal learning experience in Equity Passage. 

Module 1: Module 1 provides essential historical background and begins to identify what Equity Jurisprudence is, where it came from, and how to make key distinctions between other types of law. 

Module 2: Discovering how Equity is the substance in the system, Module 2 builds  the fundamentals on how Equity Jurisprudence is applied.

Module 3: Module 3 establishes the meaning and distinctions of “Honor” and “Dishonor,” and how this applies to Equity. The Art of Inquiry is introduced, and how it is wielded to compel performance to provide a clear overview of Equity in play.

Module 4: Learn how to free yourself from taxing agencies in Module 4 by understanding the voluntary tax system and how to lawfully volunteer out, including practices with employers, and how money is made and your substance is leveraged.

Module 5: Discover the 5 ways we may be charged and the foundation for beginning the Equity process of discharge. Advancing comprehension of negotiable instruments, this is the foundational module to begin seeing the discharge process in action. 
 

Module 6: Module 6 focuses on the Equity discharge process and how to complete the first stage of essential Equity Notices including the important moral situations to fully comprehend before beginning the process.

Module 7: Covers how to mail your Equity discharge Notices privately. Complete with instructions to fill out the proper paperwork and organize your mailings to manage and administer this process in excellence.

Module 8: Module 8 focuses exclusively on advanced Equity Notices that will add to the power of your discharge as you grow your capacities in Equity Jurisprudence.  

Module 9: Here, we will explore property taxes, mortgages, foreclosures, and how Equity Jurisprudence can be applied to redeem yourself in honor. 
 

Moving Forward after the 9 Modules and Equity Passage Process is Complete: 

• As members of an ever growing educational body, we request that you inform us of your outcomes and insightful experiences applying Equity to your life going forward, making the accomplishments and intelligence available for integration into the learning community at large. There is power in numbers and we love to hear your testimonials!

   

• You are now eligible  and encouraged to participate in the Equity Alumni Element Channel, an ongoing digital chat channel for private individuals practicing the power of Equity in their lives and supporting each other in the process. 

   

• If a challenge or situation arises that you do not feel equipped to navigate, 1;1 Equity Exploration is available for an additional honorarium of $250/hr and can be scheduled directly from the education space online.
   

TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE EQUITY PASSAGE PATHWAY:

Because your Equity Passage educational experience is a personal and private process; not a commerce based, industry standard transaction, there are certain conditions and terms to provide full disclosure on. Below is a comprehensive account of various circumstances and conditions to acknowledge so you have a clear overview of what may, or may not occur during your Equity Passage Pathway and bringing the remedy of Equity Jurisprudence forward in your life. Additionally, there are specific agreements and conditions that you must uphold to ensure the quality of execution and adherence to lawful and honorable practices within the membership journey of the Equity Passage Pathway. 

ONLINE LEARNING PORTAL:

As part of the membership benefits with the Equity Passage Pathway, you have access to private member educational space, which is where the delivery of all the essential learning materials for your Equity Passage Pathway takes place. It includes the Equity Passage Pathway Onboarding Materials, Equity Passage Core Curriculum, correlating learning materials, and educational references, applicable QnA calls, and other miscellaneous  learning resources for your educational journey along the  pathway.  

Upon completion of honorarium and enrollment in the pathway, you will receive LOGIN information in the email used to register for the Equity Passage Pathway that will grant you access to the education space for the Equity Passage Pathway.

A word on passwords: The password that you use to access the Equity Passage Pathway is the same personal password that is associated with your general membership access to the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship space, as well as the same as any other pathways that you may be enrolled in or have access to. 

Members can change their passwords in the back-end of their user profile and it will change for all the above mentioned places.

Please note: Always keep in mind the specific email that you use with us- and be sure to keep that email the same for all enrollments- so that all your communications and pathway access are going to the same email; aka and the same “you” in our system. 

COURSE DURATION & ACTIVE MEMBER ACCESS:

All Pathways within the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship have a specific course duration which grants enrolled members access to the course materials in the online education space. After the course duration expires, members can access the pathway materials only when they are maintaining an Active Membership with the Fellowship. The Equity Passage Pathway course duration is eight (8) months from enrolling, and reserves the right to change its stated course duration. 

This means that upon enrolling, members have eight (8) months of access to the course materials in the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship Equity Passage Pathway education space online. The course duration of eight (8) months is sufficient to walk through the pathway and complete the core curriculum. Ongoing access to the course materials, beyond the eight (8) months, is available for members maintaining an Active Membership. As long as you are an Active Member, continued access to your Equity Passage Pathway online is available to you. At any point that you lapse in Active membership, and then re-enroll as an Active Member, you will regain access to your Equity Passage Pathway online. 

A WORD ON THE SPIRIT OF SACRED HONOR:

Within the realm of navigating the subtle, substantial, and consequential territory of educating yourself and exercising your divine authority and choices within the Equity Passage Pathway, you will be navigating lawful, legal, commercial, the public, as well as the private domain. It is absolutely imperative to conduct yourself in an honorable fashion. Taking self-responsibility for your matters and their outcomes is essential. Anyone astute and learned in these areas understands that a critical strategy and essential function for effectiveness in these matters, calls for awareness and intentionality in the manner in which we speak, relate, administer, address issues, raise concerns, and problem solve. Please act accordingly. Navigating this territory requires the utmost diplomacy, respectful conduct, honorable posture, and humble yet assertive standing in whichever matter you are conducting yourself. 

This goes for within the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, your educational Pathway experience with Directors and other members, throughout any administrative matters and interface within the public domain that your project may require, as well as anytime during and after the Pathway process at large. Make note, any member not conducting themselves in the utmost respectable fashion and honorable demeanor gives standing to forfeit their membership and lose access to the Pathway. Assessing this conduct will be done on part of the Fellowship team and management, and will be handled accordingly. 

A WORD ON THE SPIRIT OF SELF DETERMINATION:

The process of bringing Equity into one's life can go relatively smoothly, depending on your personal strategy, specific choices, associated debts, and complexity of your current situation- to name some of the variables. At the essence of this particular pathway and the practice it describes, you are administering yourself and your affairs into an outstanding spiritual jurisdiction, one that literally steps out of previously participated contracts and domains of the default reality. The meaning and impact of this in your life is nothing short of significant. 

We do foretell that throughout the process, albeit uncommon, you may face challenges as it relates to navigating logistics, agents of the system, and clearing your good name. Additionally, there may be challenges related to gaining natural understanding and comprehension, or the personal follow through that is required for implementation of these new strategies and practices into the regular rhythms of your life with power and grace. The spirit, perseverance, focus and follow through to consistently deploy this life changing process is your responsibility and it will require discretion and Self-Determination on your part. 

We are simply here to share the path and process with you, however the outcomes and objectives in this remedy are solely your responsibility. We may have resources that may expedite certain aspects of the process, should you choose to employ them, yet again, the responsibility of the outcomes and implementation of such matters rests with you. We do not do this for you, we are not for hire, we are an educational ministry sharing private matters. The very nature of this endeavor is for you to step into your administrative power, spiritual jurisdiction, and wield the responsibility and reign of this remedy, for yourself in your private affairs.  

Take heed and keep heart. Things could get confusing or frustrating, especially for someone who is just starting out and navigating your circumstances relating to the system in whatever condition they are. It is possible that the people you encounter in the public arena are entirely unaware of the strategy and tactics you are deploying. They may say or do things that you find discouraging, or confusing. We advise to be prepared in mind and spirit, as well as with the notes you have made from your educational experience and resources here.  Please be reassured and don’t be discouraged, this actually is a simple remedy when all things are said and done, and most times things go smoothly.  If things take longer than you would hope, or drag on, keep in mind that any ‘hiccups’ with agents in the public arena, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is simply an attempt to coerce you into recontracting and accepting someone’s “foreign” ideals as a substitute for servicing your inherent rights and lawful interests. Stand strong, keep the peace, and stay in the spirit of your own Sacred Honor. Self-determination and an agile state of mind will be required for this pathway and applying this remedy in your life. Kindly, participate accordingly.

RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS:

Equity Passage is part of your personal journey,  private research and individual learning experience in life. The Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is benefiting your educational journey and the Fellowship team is ministering to you while you administer and fulfill your own learning and application process. The learning, and remedy outcomes are your private responsibility. By enrolling in the Equity Passage Pathway you take full responsibility for the outcomes of your learning and any application of the remedy you administer in your life. Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship and the Fellowship team are assisting you in your learning and your Equity Passage is a private member benefit. All Equity Passage Assistance is a mutual exchange of lawful donations/energy exchange in honor per the membership agreement. Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is responsible for their ministry and fellowship mission. This, and the Equity Passage Pathway, is a NOT FOR HIRE Agreement between private parties, within a private member association. This is not to be misconstrued as Tax or Legal Advice and is for educational entertainment purposes ONLY. 

HOW EQUITY CORRESPONDS TO THE OTHER FELLOWSHIP PATHWAYS:

Important distinction: Do not mix National Status & Passport (status) Pathway processes with Equity discharge. During Equity discharge, members shall not merge National status claims with Equity remedy in the same matter. Equity Discharge is a lawful process of banking regardless of status—presentment, unconditional acceptance, settling the public charges and settling controversy—grounded in honor and substance, with no claims of status made. NSP is about legal status/jurisdiction classification and applicability of laws; Equity discharge is about settlement, remedy, and lawful closure of a presentment/commercial legal claim. In practice: stay in the lane of Equity—do not argue identity, labels, or political status inside your discharge sequence; choose one remedy and stick with it.

When NSP may matter more (and when Equity is best): traffic/citations may be expedient with National Status in place from the beginning; Equity is preferred if National Status is not in place or the matter is more complex. National Status can be effective as a preventative measure on straightforward taxing issues when in place from the beginning and one has conducted themselves accordingly; Equity is preferred for back taxing issues, complex challenges, collections, filing contracts, or past dishonor. For commercial/credit presentments (debt liabilities, collections, court actions, agency demands), Equity tends to be the cleanest lane—focus on settlement, natural authority, peaceful application, and thorough process. In “hair on fire” situations already active, Equity is typically the best first move to address liabilities and contracts and create a lawful record to honorably settle the controversy.

Members experience friction when applying Equity discharge when they apply a wide array of remedies without proper comprehension; still file W-4s, tax returns, permits, licenses, benefits, or other actions interfacing with the state while claiming private posture; operate commercially inviting public jurisdiction; mix other processes with Equity Discharge or proceed without proper education, internalization, and/or guidance; and blur lines between private and public structures and conduct. These contradictions can “muddy the waters”; Equity is cleanest when posture is consistent: honor, clarity, documentation, and process discipline—requiring self-responsibility to study and internalize Equity Passage materials and seek proper guidance.

Additional interplay: the Trifecta Pathway supports private structure, stewardship, and coherent administration of assets so discharge work fits a broader private governance strategy; the more one commits to maintain privacy, the less they will need Equity to be left alone. The Allodial Land Pathway is a parallel remedy to bring forth the original natural title of land and is not to be mixed with Equity discharge; one must choose Allodial Land remedies or Equity if challenged. After a Land Patent is acknowledged, one may apply Equity discharge to future claims as long as the Allodial title is not used as part of the remedy. Key reminder: the Equity Passage is not simply a course of documents—entering any Pathway is an initiation into significant life change requiring time and intention.

HOLD HARMLESS: 

All decisions and actions are by the members sole choice. All actions and outcomes are fully the responsibility by members sole choices and actions or lack thereof. In no way is the fellowship to be held  responsible for the choices or outcomes from a member's participation in pathways benefits, education or future  choices, actions or outcomes.

By way of Membership Request and application to the program, this declares that you, the member and applicant of the Equity Passage Pathway,  hold harmless the Fellowship, its Directors, managers, members or any associations to Fellowship, and will assume full responsibility for your learning, decisions, actions, and outcomes of your Equity Passage learning, application, and journey on the Pathway and after. 

NO GUARANTEE:

Respectfully, the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship cannot guarantee a completed Equity Passage learning experience or any particular outcomes during or after course duration, because the Fellowship is not responsible for your learning, completing the Pathway, or managing the practices, this is beholden to the actions and decisions of the signed Member. 

FURTHER GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE:

Regarding disputes or disagreements, these Terms shall be construed and governed by equitable laws according to the Bible. You agree to take all  reasonable steps to resolve any issue directly with the concerned party(ies). If good-faith efforts fail to resolve an  issue, you agree and accept that any lawful action or proceeding shall be adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity  (PeacemakerEquity.com) or any other agreed upon 3rd party mediation group, and you expressly waive any objection to this venue or any invocation of forum non-conveniens (another forum or court is more appropriate). Additionally, in the event of any dispute or claim relating  to or arising out of these Terms of agreement (including, but not limited to, any claims of breach of contract, tort, or infringement), Member/manager agrees that all such disputes/claims will be resolved by means of arbitration or jury  decision adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity.  

NO COPY, COMPETE, OR TRESPASS:

This is a private member association and educational platform and is proprietary in nature and controlled under special private agreement. Liberty Voice Communications Ministry, God’s Law Ministry, and Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is an association to uplift the community through Education, Fellowship and Unity. The content on our websites, platforms, and materials is for informational purposes intended ONLY for members and their specific educational pathway, as an expression of our ministry to the world. Everything  on our websites, platforms and materials, is based upon our own private opinions, educational ministry, and not to be taken as Legal or Financial Advice. Members should consult an attorney for all legal matters. We operate in honor, trust, and by donation only. 

Nothing is available for copy, sale, circulation, or competition. The content and materials herein, on our platforms, websites, and materials are not to be copied, shared, sold, or circulated to others in any manner-including but not limited to-recordings, copying of any kind, hand written, etc., from this site by any and all parties without express permission from managing parties. This is a simple private agreement between Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (Fellowship) and Member(s). 

Liberty Voice Communications, Fellowship, and any Integrated auxiliary or projects are not held responsible for the life, well being or practices by the Member(s) and association(s) by engaging in this agreement.
 

I have read and understood this document and the Covenant, and Exhibit A below, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time,  and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, harassing behavior towards any other member of The Fellowship, or any other conduct deemed to be out of accord with this agreement. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my  membership in The Equity Passage Pathway. 

I agree this contract began on the date of my enrollment in "The Equity Passage Pathway". I declare that by joining this Pathway, the Association and/or the  Associations websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole of this document and I; consenting fellowship member, comprehend and agree. 

Upon execution this private contract is binding upon acceptance of digital consent.

VISION

‘Necessity creates Equity’—the Maxim of Necessity. We are building an equitable community founded on education, camaraderie, and mutual support. By learning about and applying the principles of Equity, we become the source of remedy through Natural Justice for ourselves, our families, and our community.

SPECIAL AND PRIVATE

This Covenant in Deed is both Special and Private. All Covenanters operate within the private realm and are united by an intentional purpose to remain distinct and unique. All interactions will be conducted in a manner that is exclusively Special and Private, never public, official, or commercial in nature or form. The Covenanters are committed to maintaining their Special and Private status in perpetuity.

PURPOSE

The purpose of this Special and Private Covenant in Deed is to establish a pathway toward self-governance. Nothing we provide to our brothers or sisters constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice, nor does it involve public co-mingling. We foster fellowship and education by sharing ideas through discussions held exclusively within the Private community.

HONOR

The Covenanters will honor each other's freedom, liberty, privacy, energy, and the fruits of each other's labor. If any part of this Covenant is ever deemed void for any reason in the future, the remainder of the Covenant shall remain valid and in effect in perpetuity. Both Covenanters commit to applying Equity to the best of their abilities and to ensuring that all matters related to this Covenant remain within the Private realm.
 

There are no other covenanters to this Special and Private Covenant in Deed. Only the Seal of those by signature and date are included in the Covenant. Any natural man we may require to facilitate this Private Covenant in Deed, are neutral and will remain neutral. Should they request or we invite them to a private Community with us, they shall be required to follow the same entrance by Equity.

1. I vow to conduct my behavior in all realms in accordance with the Maxims of Equity (Exhibit “A”).

2. I vow to Come in Equity, Stay in Equity and Leave in Equity. I will not mix or mingle Equity Jurisprudence with other remedies of any kind or other law forms such as the Common Law. I acknowledge that doing so may be fatal to my application of Equity as a Remedy.

3. I vow to own my responsibility to be vigilant in my studies and own my outcomes when I apply Equity
4. I vow to be responsible for my words, deeds, intentions and actions upon myself and others when interacting with the fellowship Equity community.
5. I vow to be responsible to settle any claims or controversies concerning others in the fellowship Equity community as soon as possible.
6. I vow to become self-reliant, to take personal initiative, have self-discipline, and to apply continuous effort in my studies of Equity to be successful at applying the curriculum of the Equity Passage Pathway.
7. I vow to be accountable to our Creator and to every other Vower in the context of the Maxims of Equity and this Private Covenant in Deed.
8. I vow to not attempt to replicate or administer the Equity techniques or teachings learned from my instructor until I have been formally taught and have the expressed approval of my Equity instructor to do so.
9. I vow to keep this covenant in all of its contents, other fellowship Equity community members and my instructors identities, and any and all personal private information disclosed in the Equity Passage Pathway private and confidential.
10. I vow to never share the Equity Passage Pathway curriculum, teaching techniques, audio visual materials, and teaching materials with anyone outside of the Equity Passage Pathway covenant. This means anyone that has not entered this fellowship Equity community by completing their own copy of this covenant with the instructor. Sharing any content from the fellowship Equity educational offerings or community in any form on social media or any public platform is strictly prohibited.
11. I will gain my instructors' expressed written consent before I will assist others in applying Equity. I will not compete with my instructor or fellowship Equity department in any shape or form unless I have received expressed written consent from the Equity instructor.

This Special and Private Covenant in Deed in its entirety and these vows are knowingly, willingly, voluntarily, intentionally and intelligently entered into, and are governed by the Maxims of Equity. The cornerstone of this Special and Private Covenant in Deed is the Universal Law, particularly Equity and Natural Law.

MAXIMS OF EQUITY

1. He who seeks Equity must do Equity.
