As an Educational Fellowship, we have various membership options depending on the educational pathways you choose to traverse with us. Each Pathway requires its own unique Membership Request and may have its own private agreements associated with it.

Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (Fellowship)

This document provides a light recap of covenant essentials stated in the Private Member Agreement with Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, as well as a general introduction and high-level overview of the National Status & Passport Pathway, in which you are applying to enroll in with this agreement form. It identifies critical disclaimers and conditions that are necessary to acknowledge in order to establish appropriate expectations of the powerful, game-changing endeavor of changing your political status from a “U.S. citizen” to a “national” in the National Status & Passport Pathway. It declares that you, the member who is requesting to join the National Status & Passport Pathway, shall hold harmless the Fellowship, managers, members or any associations to the Fellowship, and will assume full responsibility for your learning, decisions, actions, and outcomes of your National Status & Passport journey throughout and beyond the Pathway.

This document requires a signed acknowledgement of reading and agreeing to the essential information herein and states that you are a voluntary, willing participant, agreeing to take responsibility for your learning and the outcomes of the Pathway.

Additionally, this is your Membership Request and agreement to act in full accord with the critical best practices that will create an honorable and successful path towards the completion and administration of your National Status & Passport.

It provides key elements to comprehend, and outstanding factors to consider to ensure that your journey along this pathway can be as efficient and effective as intended. We thank you in advance for your attentiveness and agreement.

As a best practice in functioning as a private individual of your own affairs, we encourage that you revisit the Member Agreement, which provides the ground for all of our relational covenants within the Fellowship, as well as YOUR responsibility to understand the terms of the agreements you are in, and the nature of our private association in the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship.

This Pathway is an educational path provided by LIBERTY VOICE COMMUNICATIONS MINISTRIES - A Private Ministerial Association. Your request for Membership with Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship enables your ability to benefit from the experience provided by and through this Pathway.

By joining Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (also referred to as SHEF or fellowship), a Private Membership Association and/or any educational pathway, website, platform or social media group started by, created by, maintained, or organized by the Association, I agree to the terms and conditions of SHEF, a Private Membership Association Agreement as follows:

I agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property provided by the fellowship, without first obtaining written consent from the fellowship.
All dues/donations/gifts/honorarium and/or compensations are given before time/property will be shared. All dues/donations/gifts/honorariums and/or compensations are NOT refundable or returnable for any reason.
As I agreed to when I joined SHEF, I acknowledge this educational pathway is a unique pathway membership within the Fellowship at large, and that this is a private membership association under common law/natural law/God's law, whose members seek to help each other achieve better education, self-governance, health and good quality of life.
I am voluntarily changing my capacity from that of a public person to that of a private member. My activities within The Association are a private contractual matter that I honorably decline to share with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of The Association, unless that member has exposed me to a clear and present danger of substantive evil, and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
I enter into this agreement of my own free will, in the private capacity as a man/woman, without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency, governmental agency, non-governmental agency or organization whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment or investigation to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed/injured. I understand that this will be considered a trespass on privacy and property and I will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of $1,000, 000.00 plus $100 per minute the trespass continues.

This Agreement chooses to be, and is, per this mandate, under Divine Jurisdiction, teaching us to follow The Golden Rule: Do No Harm To Others or Their Property. However, when appropriate or as deemed by the Board or Managers of the Association, the actions of this fellowship shall be interpreted and confined under the Common Law of the jurisdiction of its current domicile, if appropriate, but in such case the Fellowship retains all rights and absolute sovereign immunity from all outside interference (non-members). The Managers of this private association shall have the power to change the domicile of this Fellowship to any place which shall be deemed prudent, necessary, appropriate, desirable, or convenient as determined by them. This agreement was created in California Republic, a Republic state without the “United States”, subject to the jurisdiction and venue of Constitutionally mandated Article III Section 2 courts, the law of equity, and common law of the republic state wherein this contract was created. This Fellowship is in no way to be construed under the laws of the municipal corporation of the State of California. The interpretation of this contract is and shall be determined primarily in accordance with the express terms set forth herein and the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship master membership agreement. Should it become necessary for a court of competent jurisdiction to intervene, it too shall be guided by the terms, conditions, purposes and intent of this agreement.

UNDERSTANDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE NATIONAL STATUS & PASSPORT PATHWAY:

Because your National Status & Passport process is a personal project, and not a commerce-based, industry-standard transaction, there are certain conditions and terms to provide full disclosure on. Below is a comprehensive account of various circumstances and conditions to acknowledge, so you have a clear overview of what may, or may not occur during your National Status & Passport Pathway. Additionally, there are specific agreements and conditions that you must uphold to ensure the quality of execution and adherence to lawful and honorable practices within the membership journey of the National Status & Passport Pathway.

ONLINE LEARNING PORTAL:

As part of the membership benefits with the National Status & Passport Pathway, you have access to our private member educational space, which is where the delivery of all the essential learning materials for your National Status & Passport Pathway takes place. It includes the National Status & Passport Pathway materials, videos, templates and worksheets, how to schedule a National Status Assistance call, and other key learning resources for your educational journey along the pathway.

Upon completion of donation and enrollment in the pathway, you will receive your LOGIN information in the email used to register for the National Status & Passport Pathway that will grant you access to the education space.

A word on passwords: The password that you use to access the National Status & Passport Pathway is the same personal password that is associated with your general membership access to the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship space, as well as, the same as any other pathways that you may be enrolled in or have access to.

Members can change their passwords in the back-end of their user profile and it will change for all of the above mentioned places.

Please note: Always keep in mind the specific email that you use with us and be sure to keep that email the same for all enrollments, so that all your communications and pathway access are going to the same email.

NATIONAL STATUS & PASSPORT LEARNING ASSISTANCE:

To ensure that your status correction goes smoothly, we suggest following instructions closely, maintaining timely focus, upholding follow-through and progress on your National Status & Passport Pathway, while also keeping a good physical and digital record of your project including all documents, mailing receipts and/or labels.

If at any point you are finding that you need additional support, a link to schedule donation-based National Status Assistance at 30 or 60 minutes, will be provided inside of the Education Space. Additionally, in the event that you have quick and simple questions regarding the National Status & Passport Pathway or process, you can email directly to support@sacredhonoref.com or national@sacredhonoref.com and your questions will be replied to at our earliest convenience.

You will also find a General Questionnaire inside the education space where you can submit generic questions that don’t require an immediate response. These questions will be brought forward during either the Monthly Fellowship Call or the National Status Monthly Call (both for Active Fellows only).

A WORD ON “MIXING PROCESSES” AND DIFFERENT REMEDIES TOGETHER:

We strongly discourage our members to “mix” any other processes they may have learned outside of the Fellowship with any of our Pathways, as we cannot comment, guide or even research what these external remedies/methods dynamics and supposed outcomes might be.

“Mixing” different processes will almost always result in more controversy, double-mindedness and escalated friction in legal/financial matters.

That being said, each of the other pathways within Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship are designed to stand independently. However, engaging the Pathways together in a strategic order, can offer additional benefit to members and provide a much stronger standing than engaging the pathways individually. The following are some general considerations when looking at the interplay of other pathways with this specific National Status Pathway.

Unless facing pressing issues, the Fellowship encourages members to participate in the National Status and Passport Pathway prior to engaging in other pathways, as changing one's status can provide strategic benefit and stronger standing alongside the efforts of other Pathways (except Equity). For example, engaging the National Status and Passport Pathway first affords several benefits to members:

Provides jurisdictional clarity and positions members to act in the choice of navigating publicly or privately.
Prevents agencies from presuming statutory participation.
Provides a clean standing for every future action taken by the member.
Positions members to assert the record and put the county on notice rather than requesting relief.
Creates clarity and distinction from federal benefit presumptions.
Re-frames income, wages, labor, and personal property (NOT Real Estate) as private.
Makes tax presumptions easier to rebut and makes eminent domain arguments null and void.
Creates coherence for the other Pathways, in particular the Trifecta Pathway, keeping all assets within private structures.
Equity may be invoked for additional challenges, but must NOT be mixed with National Status.
Increases confidence, reduces fear-based responses to presentments and interactions with public agents.

Although it is not required, establishing National Status allows members to posture themselves in a much stronger position if any challenges arise along other pathways.

For example, understanding that individuals recognized as "citizens" and servants of the "State" cannot hold allodial (true) title of any land, this makes it ideal to approach the Allodial Land Pathway as a National, rather than a 14th Amendment U.S. citizen. While it is unlikely that a land patent claim is ever challenged during the 61-day public posting notice, having the status and standing of a National offers an additional layer of protection not afforded through other avenues.

Furthermore, if members are seeking to place patented lands in trust, there are processes within the Trifecta Pathway that support further protection through private ministerial, land trust structures, and layered protection mechanisms. This becomes an important factor when members take a deep dive into legacy-focused estate planning. Families may benefit from not only claiming the land patent on their lands, but also by placing further protections on the land through strategic planning, positioning them for long-standing protection against outside influences.

In addition, there are other remedies offered within the Equity Passage Pathway that cover topics related to property tax obligations, mortgage contracts, and foreclosures, etc.

When members enter this, or any other Pathway within the Fellowship, it is an initiation into a significant life change, which requires time and intention in order to navigate these new practices from a place of clarity and self-governance rather than fear and ignorance.

Members experience friction when walking the line between private and public for several reasons:

Declare “National” status without comprehension of what that truly means.
Still operate commercially on the land, allowing public intrusion.
Still argue status instead of administrating standing and placing agents on notice.
Still mix public and private roles without clear delineation.

These contradictions jeopardize the jurisdiction of the land patent claim and “muddy the waters” of standing in a position of power and authority. We encourage strategic thinking as you move forward into greater authority and agency through lawful remedies.

COURSE DURATION & ACTIVE MEMBER ACCESS:

All Pathways within the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship have a specific course duration which allows enrolled members to access the course materials in the education space. After the course duration expires, members are able to continue access to pathway materials when they are maintaining an “Active Fellow” status with the Fellowship. The National Status & Passport Pathway course duration is two (2) months from enrolling.

This means that upon enrolling, members have two (2) months of access to the course materials on the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship National Status & Passport Pathway education space. Commonly, this particular status correction process goes smoothly and completes in less than 30 days, provided that a member’s primary focus is on completing the National Status & Passport instructions.

The course duration of two (2) months is plenty sufficient to walk through the pathway and complete the process. Ongoing access to the course materials, beyond the two (2) months, is available for members maintaining an “Active Fellow” status. As long as you are an Active Fellow, continued access to your National Status & Passport Pathway is available to you. At any point that you lapse in Active Fellow status, and then re-enroll as an Active Fellow, you will regain complete access to your National Status & Passport Pathway.

A WORD ON THE SPIRIT OF SACRED HONOR:

Within the realm of navigating the substantial and consequential territory of educating ourselves and exercising our divine rights within the National Status & Passport Pathway, you will be navigating legal, commercial, as well as the private domain.

It is absolutely imperative to conduct ourselves in an honorable fashion. Anyone astute and learned in these areas understands that a critical strategy and essential function of effectiveness in these matters calls for awareness and intentionality in the manner in which we speak, relate, administer, address issues, raise concerns, and problem-solve. We acknowledge that it requires the utmost diplomacy, respectful conduct, honorable posture, and humble yet firm and clear standing in however we are conducting ourselves.

This goes for the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship, your educational Pathway experience and other members; throughout any administrative matters and interfacing with the public domain that your journey may require, as well as any time during and after the Pathway process at large.

Please take notice: Any member violating any part of any Fellowship agreement(s) and/or not conducting themselves in the utmost respectable fashion and honorable demeanor gives standing to forfeit their membership and lose access to the Pathway. Assessing this conduct will be done on part of the Fellowship team and management, and will be handled accordingly.

A WORD ON THE SPIRIT OF SELF-DETERMINATION:

The process within the National Status & Passport Pathway goes smoothly for about 95% of most members, based on our years of experience. At the essence of this particular pathway, you are volunteering out of the corporate federal (Feudal) system. In addition, you are stepping into a more empowered position that enables you to reply to any challenge “the system” throws at you in a new way. Make no mistake, the system WILL test you eventually. How you reply is up to you.

Needless to say, you will have to face some fears during this process. For some people there are many - for others, there are none. Rest assured, you are joining a long line of millions of nationals who have come before you and paved the way.

The meaning and impact of this in your life is nothing short of significant.

The spirit, perseverance, focus and follow-through to complete this life-changing process is your responsibility and will require Self-Determination on your part.

We are simply here to share the path and process with you, however, the outcomes and objectives in this project are solely your responsibility. We may have resources that may expedite certain aspects of the process, should you choose to employ them, yet again, the responsibility of the outcomes and implementation of such matters rests with you. We do not do this for you, we are not for hire, we are an educational ministry sharing private matters. The very nature of this endeavor is for you to step into your administrative power, spiritual jurisdiction and wield the responsibility and reign of your private affairs.

Take heed and keep heart. Things may get frustrating, especially for someone who is just starting out, trying to navigate the system in its current state. It’s possible that the people you encounter in the public arena are entirely unaware of the strategy and tactics you are deploying. They may say or do things that you find discouraging or confusing. We suggest to be prepared in mind and spirit, as well as with the notes, case law, and other materials from this pathway.

Please be reassured and don’t be discouraged. Most times things do go smoothly. If it doesn’t, keep in mind that any ‘hiccups’ with agents in the public arena, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is simply an attempt to coerce you into accepting someone’s foreign ideals as a substitute for servicing your inherent rights and lawful interests. Stand strong and stay in the spirit of your own Sacred Honor. Self-determination and an agile state of mind will be required for this pathway. Prepare accordingly.

RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS:

Your National Status & Passport is your personal project. Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is benefiting your educational journey, and the Fellowship team is ministering you while you administer and fulfill your project. The learning and project outcomes are your private responsibility. By enrolling in the National Status & Passport Pathway you take responsibility for the outcomes of the project. All National Status & Passport Assistance is a mutual exchange of lawful donations/gifts and honor per the membership agreement. Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is responsible for their ministry and fellowship mission. This, and the National Status & Passport Pathway, is a NOT FOR HIRE Agreement between private parties, within a private member association. This is not to be misconstrued as Tax, Legal or Financial Advice and is for educational entertainment purposes ONLY.

HOLD HARMLESS:

All decisions and actions are by the member’s sole choice. All actions and outcomes are fully the responsibility by member’s sole choices and actions or lack thereof. In no way is the fellowship to be held responsible for the choices or outcomes from a member's participation in pathway benefits, education or future choices, actions or outcomes.

By way of Membership Request of the program, this declares that you, the member and applicant of the National Status & Passport Pathway, hold harmless SHEF, managers, members or any associations to SHEF, and will assume full responsibility for your learning, decisions, actions, and outcomes of your National Status & Passport project within and beyond the Pathway.

NO GUARANTEE:

We wish to state clearly that the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship operates as an instructional and archival body, not as a legal service provider or an agency of the State. Consequently, we cannot extend a guarantee of project completion, nor can we predict or ensure specific outcomes regarding your individual interactions with federal or state entities.

The trajectory of your status correction is intrinsically tied to your personal application of the Pathway’s materials. We provide the intelligence, the templates, and the strategic framework, but we do not—and cannot—act as a proxy for your own administrative agency. The responsibility for executing the paperwork, maintaining the integrity of your filing system, and navigating the nuances of your own unique situation rests entirely upon you, the signed Member.

There are certain details and areas of life where the effects of a national status are either unclear or remain untested. Needless to say, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome in such scenarios. Almost all of the information we know today is due to brave individuals who came before us, and brought back the answers to the community.

In the realm of self-governance, there is no "outsourcing" of your sovereignty. The administrative authority you are seeking to reclaim must be exercised by your own hand. Our role is to provide the signal, the clarity, and the proven methods; the application of that knowledge, however, is a duty that you must shoulder. Your results will be a direct reflection of your diligence, your consistency in managing your private administrative file, and your resolve in standing firm upon the law. When you undertake this process, you are effectively assuming the role of an administrator of your own estate; we are here to guide that development, but the final determination of your status remains the product of your own disciplined action.

FURTHER GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE:

Regarding disputes or disagreements, these Terms shall be construed and governed by equitable laws according to the Bible. You agree to take all reasonable steps to resolve any issue directly with the concerned party(ies). If good-faith efforts fail to resolve an issue, you agree and accept that any lawful action or proceeding shall be adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity (PeacemakerEquity.com), and you expressly waive any objection to this venue or any invocation of forum non conveniens (another forum or court is more appropriate). Additionally, in the event of any dispute or claim relating to or arising out of these Terms of Agreement (including, but not limited to, any claims of breach of contract, tort, or infringement), Member/manager agrees that all such disputes/claims will be resolved by means of arbitration or jury decision adjudicated by Peacemaker Equity.

NO COPY, COMPETE, OR TRESPASS:

This is a private member association, an educational platform, and is proprietary in nature and controlled under special private agreements. Liberty Voice Communications Ministry, God’s Law Ministry, and Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship is an association to uplift the community through Education, Fellowship and Unity. The content on our websites, platforms, and materials is for informational purposes intended ONLY for members and their specific educational pathway, as an expression of our ministry to the world. Everything on our websites, platforms and materials, is based upon our own private opinions, educational ministry, and not to be taken as Legal, Tax or Financial Advice. Members should consult an attorney for all legal matters. We operate in honor, trust, and by donation only.

Nothing is available for copy, sale, circulation, or competition. The content and materials herein, on our platforms, websites, and materials are not to be copied, shared, sold, or circulated to others in any manner, including but not limited to, recordings, copying of any kind, hand written, etc., from this site by any and all parties without express permission from managing parties.

There are NO refunds or returning of donation funds. You are welcome to cancel your project or forgo your participation at any time.

This Membership benefit is entertainment and gifted guidance to assist you in claiming your National Status & Passport.

This is a simple private agreement between Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship (Fellowship) and Member(s).

Liberty Voice Communications, SHEF, and any integrated auxiliary or projects are not held responsible for the life, wellbeing or practices by the Member(s) and association(s) by engaging in this agreement. LVC, SHEF responsibility of membership benefits ends upon completion of this process based on the membership benefit.

I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in this association at any time, and that my membership can and will be revoked if I engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behavior towards any other member of The Association. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in The Association.

I have read, comprehend and am in accord with the Sacred Honor Educational Fellow Agreement & Application.

I AM DIGITALLY CONFIRMING CONSENT TO THIS APPLICATION AGREEMENT, SAME AS AN AUTOGRAPH/SIGNATURE, BY CHECKING THE CONSENT BOX AT THE POINT OF ACCESS TO READ THIS APPLICATION AGREEMENT.

Addendum

National Status & Passport Pathway:

Leave the Federal Corporation’s jurisdiction by changing your status from a Federal citizen to a state citizen (national):

This pathway shares a specific path, with guidance and examples of changing your political status in the USA, and return from the federal corporate legal fiction back to the original, organic Constitution.

Deep & rich history: Learn the truth, with verifiable proof and evidence, about what really happened to the organic Republic, how systemic infiltration was able to invert the freest nation on Earth, and most importantly: how to bring yourself back to the original, organic Constitution.

No more personal income tax: Learn how to easily volunteer out of personal income taxes (both Federal and State) by submitting your citizenship evidence affidavit to the tax authorities.

Do Not Detain passport(s): By following our specific method of filling out and submitting a passport application, you will receive your new passports that contain a “Do Not Detain” code programmed within it. Any law enforcement officer who runs your passport through the system will be able to see that they cannot arrest you for non-violent crimes.

No longer “subject” to federal codes, statutes, regulations, etc.: Every American has a choice: to be a federal citizen, or a state citizen. By changing your status to a state citizen (aka “national”), you are therefore no longer subject to any federal codes, i.e. United States Code, Code of Federal Regulations, etc.

Discharge small legal infractions, such as traffic tickets: By learning a simple, yet powerful lawful remedy written in their own law books, plus equipped with your affidavit, you will know how to handle any small, non-violent “crimes” going forward.

Get out of jury duty: State Citizens are not considered peers to U.S. citizens, the latter being subject to federal jurisdiction. Therefore, when you get called for jury duty, all you have to tell them is that you have changed status and can no longer serve on regular jury duty.

Weaponize your status: No matter who or what confronts you, your new status is able to serve and protect you from harassment and overreach. Learn how to reply to anything that has your name on it, and weaponize your affidavit unlike any other piece of paper in your life.

Protect your children: Part of the downloads includes citizenship evidence affidavit templates for children. Just like adults, kids can enjoy the protection and security of an adjusted status, too. Keep your young ones out of “lawfare” harm’s way.

Secure your paycheck: Stop your employer from taking taxes out of the fruits of your labor. We include instructions on how to give proper notice to your employer so that they stop withholding your hard-earned cash.

Keep your benefits: We will show you hard evidence that nationals can keep any benefits they might have, AND are also able to still apply for them. Since everything is commercial, everything is a contract. Your benefits are no different. As a national, you still have the unlimited power to contract, even for benefits.

No need for “Real ID”: Your passport card will always supersede any State-issued form of identification. You can freely travel with your national passports domestically and internationally without handing your State even more biometric data.

All-in-one course that includes everything you need to know and do. If any deeper assistance is required, questions will be filtered through our member support desk or private calls with a Director/Liaison for specific assistance at an additional donation.
Two (2) months of access to the course materials on the Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship National Status & Passport Pathway education space. This process usually takes less than 30 days, if followed as instructed. Ongoing access to the course materials is available for members maintaining an “Active Fellow” Membership. As long as you are an Active Fellow, continued access to your National Status & Passport Pathway is available to you.
National Status & Passport Pathway does not include: guidance for any other “status correction” processes out there; reviewing and commenting on other people’s opinions or videos; guidance on “mixing processes” (we do not recommend mixing any lawful processes).
The National Status & Passport is designed to guide you in the process of claiming and defending your National Status in its existing form (as instructed). Anything outside of the National Status & Passport Pathway would constitute a special session with further donation. Please inquire if this is your intention.

A Final Note on the Process: This will complete establishing your status as a national. Now that you have accomplished your first step in Self-Determination; walking forward and acting in congruence in thought, word, and deed, through the spirit of Sacred Honor will be necessary to fulfill the status you have now stepped into. You are equipped, and ready to move forward at this fundamental level, and should you need additional support or counsel, that is available for additional honorarium within the fellowship. How far you wish to exercise your new-found rights is entirely up to you. Everyone has different comfort levels, and each situation is unique. When in doubt, reach out.
